  • Does someone drive us down the trails? No, You drive one of our 2026 Can-Am vehicles and follow one of our experienced guides down the trails.
  • Can I bring my own vehicle and ride your trails? No, we only offer guided tours with our vehicles, no outside vehicles allowed.
  • How old do I have to be to drive? All drivers must be over 18 with a valid U.S. Driver’s license
  • What is the minimum age for passengers? Minimum age for passengers is 5 years old with children under 8 required to use a booster seat. We do not guarantee availability of booster seats so please bring your own.
  • How long is the tour? The tour is 10.4 miles long and takes approximately an hour and a half
  • Do you have 2-seater vehicles available? No, all of our vehicle’s seat 4 people, however each vehicle is private to the booking. For example, if two people book a 4-seater vehicle they will be the only people in that vehicle.
  • Do you allow coolers? We allow very small coolers however staff must go through the cooler and check for alcohol as we do not allow alcoholic beverages on our tours.
  • Can I bring my dog? As per our insurance restrictions and safety guidelines no animals are allowed in a moving vehicle during our tour.
  • What happens if it rains? If we cancel a tour due to inclement weather or unsafe trail conditions, we will either reschedule to offer a full refund.  If it is light rain or not steady rain the tour will still go out and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
  • What is the cancellation policy? You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the start of a tour with a full refund minus a $10 processing fee per vehicle.  This is to cover the credit card processing for the refund.
  • Do you offer group rates? For any group over 12 we have an additional 20% surcharge
  • Do you offer military discounts? We do offer 7% off for veterans and law enforcement you must call and book by phone to request that discount.
  • Do you operate year-round? Yes, we do offer tours all year long
  • What is the difference between the HVAC Defender and the normal tour? The HVAC Defender is a premium, enclosed cab vehicle with heat, air conditioning windshield wipers, and power windows and can seat up to 5 people.

  • Can we reserve now and pay when we get there? No, nothing is booked or reserve without payment.  Cash is not accepted for bookings only a card.
